Here in Nashville, some think the competition for property managers is FIERCE. While we will always welcome a new client that is a great fit for us, and vice versa, we also understand property management is NOT one size fits all, and often, if a client isn't right for us, or we're not right for them, we'll happily refer them out to other managers we know are killing the game.
